INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE
The reservation (accommodation and transportation, transfer, etc.) price must be paid in full at the time of reservation by the CUSTOMER. If the specified payment is not made within the periods mentioned above, the reservation will be cancelled. If the CUSTOMER pays the service's determined fee, the CUSTOMER will enter the facility at 14:00 on the accommodation's starting date. The exit time from the rooms is determined as 11.00.
 
The stated prices are the sales price for the period of reservation. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. The prices announced periodically are valid until the end of the specified period.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The service purchased by the CUSTOMER is the accommodation service that must be made on a certain date or period under the provision of Article 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 27 November 2014 and numbered 29188. The CUSTOMER does not have the right to withdraw from this contract.

However, the HOTEL grants the Customer the right of withdrawal in the terms and conditions stated below.  • If the customer notifies the cancellation request in writing or with a permanent data storage until 30 days before the start of the service, the entire amount paid will be refunded to the Customer within 30 (thirty) business days, excluding the expenses arising from the obligatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations. • If the customer notifies the cancellation request at the latest 29 (twenty-nine) days to 15 (fifteen) days before the commencement of the service, a no-show fee at the rate of 35% is collected from the amount paid by the customer, and the balance fee will be returned to the CUSTOMER within 30 (thirty) business days. • If the Customer notifies the cancellation request less than 14 days before the service's commencement, the price paid by the Customer will not be refunded to the Customer. The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract less than 14 days before the service starts. • If the customer purchases accommodation service by benefiting from the early booking discount, the Customer has no right to withdraw from this contract under any circumstances, under the provisions of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. • Also, for the vacation bookings made according to the Regulation of Distance Contracts for the national and religious holidays and days accepted as holidays in Turkey, according to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, under no circumstances CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from this contract. This preliminary information form has been sent to the CUSTOMER electronically and has been read and accepted by the CUSTOMER. I confirm that I have obtained the preliminary information specified in this Preliminary Information Form.
